Registration and Prices

Thanks to the generous support of our sponsors, there is no registration fee to attend the conference. We do however have to charge a (significantly subsidised) rate for refreshments and accommodation. Delegates must register and pay via the Royal Holloway Online Store (If you are unable to access the Online Store, Hannah will be happy to provide telephone or skype assistance.
Prices are as follows:

Full Conference Economy Package
From Sunday 28th June 11am – Tuesday 30th June 5pm:                     £142
Single room, all teas and coffees, 3 x lunch, 1 x dinner, 
1 x gala dinner, Sunday and Monday bed and breakfast 
with shared bathroom, free wifi, entry to all events and wine reception
Full Conference Standard (Single) Package
From Sunday 28th June 11am – Tuesday 30th June 5pm:                     £218
Double room (single occupancy), all teas and coffees, 
3 x lunch, 1 x dinner, 1 x gala dinner, Sunday and Monday 
ensuite bed and breakfast, free wifi, entry to all events and wine reception

If you are travelling as a couple and are attending the whole conference, please add one of the following supplements:
For two delegates: double occupancy supplement when bought 
with Standard Full package £30
(You will also need to add Sunday, Monday and Tuesday day rates for the second delegate from the list below - as well as Saturday and Tuesday extra nights at the standard double rate if required).
For one delegate and one non-delegate: 
Non-delegate double occupancy supplement when bought 
with Standard Full Package £40
(Non-delegates are welcome to join us for dinner on Monday: please add a Monday day rate (including dinner) to your shopping basket when booking. You may also want to add Saturday and Tuesday extra nights at the standard double rate if required).
